Welcome to MBDragon.com (hereinafter: the "Site")
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. They bind you to the Merchant, owner of the Site. Furthermore, you agree to communicate with the Merchant electronically for all your exchanges and that these exchanges meet all the requirements of a written communication.
We reserve the sole discretion to refuse service, cancel an order, terminate your account, remove or edit content from the Site or cancel an order whether or not you have complied with these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy of Personal Information
Please refer to our privacy policy available in the footer of our site to learn how we collect, share and manage your personal information.
The products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults who have reached the age of majority in your place of residence, which is 18 years of age in the province of Quebec. By using the Merchant Site, you represent and warrant that you are of the age of majority in your place of residence.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that all information posted on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are quoted in Canadian currency.
The products offered on our Site as well as the dates of offers, prices and availability, features and technical specifications of these products are subject to revision and change without notice. It is possible that a product ordered online is no longer available in our inventory or that it cannot be delivered due to a situation beyond our control. We will then proceed to cancel the order and refund the money paid in exchange, if this is the case.
Your only recourse in the event that a product is not as described is to return it in its original packaging for a refund, in accordance with the refund provisions below.
Registration and Password
You will be required to complete a registration form to access certain areas and features of the Merchant Site. You agree to provide us with current and truthful information and to keep such information current at all times.
You agree to protect the confidentiality of your username and password and access to your computer so that no one else can use it. You are responsible for all transactions that occur under your account using this information. You shall notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your username and password and any breach of security of which you are aware within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware.
Comments
You may post comments and reviews regarding the content of the Site. You are entirely responsible for the comments you post; we are not responsible for them and you agree to indemnify the Merchant against any damages arising from them.
You may not make comments on behalf of others, conceal your identity, or make comments that are unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of another person's privacy or intellectual property, or constitute chain letters, mass mailings, or spam.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to edit or remove comments without explanation, and we assume no responsibility for systematically reviewing posted comments.
When you post a comment, you grant Merchant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right to use the name and content posted, to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, broadcast, communicate to the public, and display it anywhere in the world in any medium.
We ask you to publish only one review per product, except if you wish to add new information. You agree to only review products that you have personally tried and to maintain a respectful tone at all times. Employees and competitors of distributors and manufacturers are prohibited from posting reviews.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or the country of Canada applicable to it. In addition, any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the city of St-Wenceslas is located.
Order errors
In the event that you believe that an error has occurred in the placement of an order, we invite you to notify us without delay of its discovery by sending us a message to the following address: info@mbdragon.com and indicating in sufficient detail the error that has been made. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to modify it.
Delivery
For shipments outside of Canada, customs fees may apply, you will have to pay them upon receipt of your package.
The shipping method and carrier will be determined by the Merchant.
We undertake to deliver your purchases within a reasonable time subject to the availability of the carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products or services purchased.
The risk of loss and title to the goods or services purchased pass to you at the time they are handed over to the carrier, or if the goods cross an international border, this risk passes to you after customs clearance.
In-store pick-up of purchases made online must take place during normal business hours, but it is possible to make an appointment outside these hours.
In this case, the risk of loss and the right of ownership of the purchased item are transferred to you when you take possession of it at the store.The method of delivery and the carrier will be determined by the Merchant.
We undertake to deliver your purchases within a reasonable time subject to the availability of the carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products or services purchased.

Cancellation, Cancellation, Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
In certain cases, we may accept a product return.
If the product you have purchased is a current product, we may accept a return. However, you will have to pay a 15% restocking fee (which will be deducted from the refund) and return shipping costs are assumed by the customer.
All returned products must be new, in their original packaging and show no signs of use or installation, otherwise we will not refund you.
Please contact us at any time by e-mail at info@mbdragon to confirm the possibility of returning the product.
Limitation of Warranty
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, MERCHANT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE. MERCHANT ALSO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE AND ON ITS SERVERS AND IN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.
Limitation of Liability
THE MERCHANT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS ON IT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, USE OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF THE MERCHANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Copyrights
The copyrights and trademarks contained in the information published on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and are made available on the Site through the granting of a specific license in this regard.
In accordance with applicable intellectual property laws, it is prohibited to use, display or exhibit any trademark, copyright or other protected work accessible on the Site for any purpose other than to conduct the sale of such products and services without the right to sublicense to others. The owners of the marks appearing on the Site retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.
If you have reason to believe that the Terms and Conditions have been violated or if your work has been copied or is being used on our Site in a manner that infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us as soon as possible by sending a message to boutique@fabricationmb.com with sufficient details of the infringement.
