Mounting tips for spit roaster

Avoid making a key path on your 3/4 inch spit,  instead make a spot of 1/8 deep with a drill bit and during the mounting of the sprocket, screw the set crew (who is not in the key path) in the spot. This is really efficient et don't require machining.
